Vintage Kuchi Choker!
All parts are vintage.  The colourings in the glass are red and blue with orange sparkle corners.  The top beading is intact.
There are 20 colourful (red, green, blue, turquoise) bead and coin dangles. 
One glass bead on centre of the choker has been replaced but everything else appears to be original vintage. 
The corners of the choker have a sparkle to them so guessing age at early1990's
The cotton lining is slightly bleached.
Length:  12 inches plus ties at each end   30.5cm  plus ties at each end
Drop: 5.5 inches    14 cm
