Brass Cymbals are mounted in slits in the wooden frame

Each riq is hand decorated with mother of pearl inside and out so each one is a little different.

Riq is a tambourine with a drum head!

If it is necessary to tighten the head (if it gets wet for instance) hold over a heat source (lamp or hob BUT be careful not to burn it) for a moment or two until it has tightened again.
