Pendant has loop at the top for inserting cords, chains or to add to a belt, turban or clothing.

Drop with dangles:  5.6 inches 14.5 cms
 
This is a vintage item so please check photo carefully before purchase. (Fantastic condition and I believe these to be the original glass beads still in good condition. I can see some discolouration around beads and on some dangle round elements)
